Biography 

My name is Takisha G. Pitts, and I am an artist who enjoys working with a variety of mediums, such as oil paints, acrylics, sketches, and digital art. I hold a bachelor's degree in fine art from Northwestern State University, where I served as the art editor for Argus, the campus magazine, and a graphic designer for the campus newspaper. After graduation, I worked as the art editor for my local newspaper. Later, my husband and I moved to Texas, where we opened our first graphic design office and produced marketing materials for small businesses. I ran the company successfully until I decided to become a stay-at-home mom when I was expecting my second child. This decision led me back to my passion and purpose, which is art. Today, I am doing what I love, creating beautiful and meaningful art pieces.
